Dear colleagues,

Unfortunately, our esteemed Oussama, Consul General of Lebanon and Dean of the Consular Corps in Alexandria, has arrived at the end of his tour of duty. He will be leaving us soon.

Oussama successfully completed his 5 years of duty in Alexandria, which was a true reflection of his distinguished merits and high standards of professionalism.

He will always be remembered in praise for his unreplaceable services as the Dean of the Consular Corps in Alexandria with his constructive and collaborative sense of work, openness and sincerity in his relationships with us.

It seems very hard to replace you dear Oussama. As the Dean of the Consular Corps, you will leave a big shoe to fit in. However, I will do my best.

On the other hand, I hope that the spinning wheels of diplomatic life will make it possible for us to meet again someday, somewhere.

We wish you the best in your future life. On behalf of the Consular Corps, I would like to present this plate as a souvenir from your colleagues in Alexandria.
